Stitch Regulator (Y-Motion)

NOTE: Connector A is a serial port connector and connects at

position 31 as seen in (Rear Diagram C, #31 page 7). Connec-

tor B connects to the machine stitch regulator assembly

(Y-Motion) shown in (Back-Side Diagram B, #14 page 7), as

well as (Figure 4). If these two connections have come loose in

shipping, reconnect them before proceeding to step 3.

3. Place the machine on the carriage, with the front of the machine

toward the front of the table and all wheels on the carriage rails.

4. Plug nal ribbon cable Connector C into the carriage stitch

regulator assembly (Figure 1).
